Subject	What are these 3 wires that come off the heads ?

Message	A local Nissan dealership mechanic text me this pic today asking what these 3 wires were for . From what I gather in the text they are putting a jdm vg30tt in a z32 and they don't know what these wires are for . I'v never seen them so hopefully someone here can help. I know nothing about the yr of the car or this engine ect . .
